My husband and I have been customers of Hinshaw Honda for close to 20 years. That,in itself should tell you something. I came in for service the other day. The young man at the desk was very polite and helpful. He gave me an approximate time my car would be ready and they were 10 minutes before that time. I have never had a bad experience with Honda’s service. One last thing, I waited there for my car. They allowed me to bring my small dog to wait with me as well. I will continue using Hinshaw Honda for my service. Oh,and we have bought several cars from this dealership as well.
