Recall service Yes vehicle was return on a timely manner but one recall was not explained that it was not done. No one called to let me know or even when was picked up my husband had to test it. So he went in to have them explain but still have no understanding of why that recall was not fixed and was told to call Honda customer care because the warrant does not cover I think it should be the dealers job to find answer to fix the recall it is part of the service. I know car is not brand new but it felt like because it's not new was not treated the same way service of a brand new car for a recall.. More

Service and Shuttle: Great Combination I try to always take my 2002 Honda Accord here to get services. The price is reasonable, and there are usually coupons or discounts available. I really appreciate the shuttle ride to and from work. I just leave the car in the morning and pick it up after work. And, it always looks good after a fresh wash. More

If I had known the service would take less than 2 hours instead of 3 as I was advised I would have brought a book and waited. My car was ready, washed, vacuumed and the windows cleaned. when I returned, I am very happy with the service and the employees I dealt with. More
