Competitors Product Knowledge I went to the dealership to look at the new Honda Accord. I was comparing it to the Kia Optima, Toyota Camry and Nissan Maxima. I was greeted by a rep I went to the dealership to look at the new Honda Accord. I was comparing it to the Kia Optima, Toyota Camry and Nissan Maxima. I was greeted by a representative named Prince. After I explained to him what I was doing I was surprised that not only did he knew his product but he also knew the competitors product in and out. He was able to tell me what the Accord had over the Optima and Maxima. This saved me countless hours of traveling to these various makers just to find this information out. Unlike other auto makers he was very respectful towards his competition. Which could be a turn off and come off as fake. I didn’t purchase a car that day but when I am ready, Honda has definitely earned my business More

Amazing customer service skills! I went to this dealership in very low spirits because I have had other dealerships that were just out for money and turned me down because I was 20 an I went to this dealership in very low spirits because I have had other dealerships that were just out for money and turned me down because I was 20 and had no credit score BUT South Tacoma Honda made it easy they wanted me to get the best car I could and helped me when I had any questions they care about people! Bad service experience! Took my 03 s2000 for oil change and when picking up I realized there was door ding with chipped paint. I brought it upto service adviser and they told Took my 03 s2000 for oil change and when picking up I realized there was door ding with chipped paint. I brought it upto service adviser and they told me I can bring it back tomorrow morning and they will take care of it. Picked it up And it looked terrible, ding was still visible and crappy touch up paint job! All this time I parked my car far away to prevent dings and south tacoma honda service gave me nice door ding with chipped paint and crappy job trying to fix it. Now it's a eyesore! Never taking my honda for service here.... More

Aron is awesome I was looking at a different brand of car and figured why not check this dealership out first , they had good reviews. So I was nervous but no need Aron was there as a walked up to the front door he greeted me with a warm smile. He was very poilite and asked me what I was looking for. I told him my likes and dislikes. I test drove a car but it was not a perfect fit. He said we will find something you like. He said we have more cars coming in tomorrrow and we will get you what you need and like. So I came back the next day and ..Boom . There it was the first car he thought I’d like I wind up getting . He did offer to show me more but it was love at first sight. I then listened to the engine , looked under the hood and went for a spin. I knew this car had my name all over it. He even went the extra mile for the numbers . Best experience ever , it was more like a friend and def not a pushy dealership. Aron dude you @$”#* rock More
