I got an oil change on March 29th, I had a 3:15pm appointment. My car was really dirty on the outside because we are just coming out of winter and I have not detailed it yet. They offered a free exte appointment. My car was really dirty on the outside because we are just coming out of winter and I have not detailed it yet. They offered a free exterior wash along with the oil change. I usually wash my car myself I rarely let anyone but me wash it and for good reason. I got home and my car had so many surface scratches it looks like a hologram. Nobody ever went over a disclaimer with me or anything and so I read the receipts and see a disclaimer that honda is not responsible for any scratches or dings etc.. I used to detail and I understand this but my vehicle looks so bad with scratches this is unacceptable. I contacted them and now waiting to see what they tell me. But bottom line do not ever let them wash your vehicle unless you want scratches all in your paint More
