I went in on a Thursday night for 45 minutes to test drive and get some questions answered. I went back again Friday night to trade in my old vehicle and pick up my beautiful, pre-owned Subaru Crosstrek, it took all of an hour or so. I couldn't be happier with Brandon Larnaitis, Product Specialist who was knowledgeable, amenable and is a real asset to South Shore Subaru. I was in the thick of my own car research when I stumbled upon South Shore Subaru and their impress My friend has an outback and got into an accident. I was in the thick of my own car research when I stumbled upon South Shore Subaru and their impressive lot. I suggested to her to go there for her replacement car. Fast forward a week and I take her to the dealership to pick up her new car. Well, I decided that since I was there, I would inquire about the Impreza, as it was on my shortlist. 60 minutes later, I’ve taken a test drive and fell in love. I wasn’t prepared to purchase yet, and I explained that to my salesman, Brandon Larnaitis, who was super kind and understanding. He wasn’t pushy or conniving and was very patient with me. Other dealerships want to seal the deal and get you to jump on before you even see the car. Here was the opposite. They treated you with respect and knew to keep you in the loop without scaring you. I went back in person over a month later and they all remembered who I was and even details about me like where I worked (some family member don’t even remember what I do). They treated you well. I wound up leasing a new car through them and I will admit- after that first test drive- I didn’t even bother looking at other makes or models. I HIGHLY recommend going here if you want to buy a subaru. They’re so great and go above and beyond for you.
