We had a wonderful experience buying a car - yes, WONDERFUL - I said it! We had been to a few dealers. Most were nice but we just could not connect on the right choice for us. My daughter has a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek and has never had a single problem with it.....i had a Kia forte5 before this which was the worst car I've ever owned.....so unreliable, I didn't want to drive anywher a single problem with it.....i had a Kia forte5 before this which was the worst car I've ever owned.....so unreliable, I didn't want to drive anywhere out of walking distance in case my Kia didn't start.... I went to the same dealer she got her Crosstrek from, South Shore Subaru, and it was excellent, from walking in the door and being greeted with an offer of refreshment to speaking with Diego who answered all my questions....it was the easiest car purchase I've ever made....Diego brought me to the office of the finance officer and then I met with him when I was done......he even printed up and filled out the form I needed to hand in the old plates....I told him I was concerned about the new license plate and he went to look at the numbers and letters of the next few plates... I'm 72 years old and this is the last car I'll ever own...I went from the worst, a kia, to the best, a Subaru. and I'm glad to have a dealership like South Shore Subaru so close to home... More

I would like this opportunity to recognize Katelyn Baer, the dealership's Love Encore Specialist, who called me a few days after I picked up my 2025 Outback from South Shore, to offer her assistance in answ the dealership's Love Encore Specialist, who called me a few days after I picked up my 2025 Outback from South Shore, to offer her assistance in answering any questions I might still have regarding the Encore system. Although I was pretty much versed by Brandon Larnaitis, the amazing sales professional who worked with me through the leasing process (he is truly the best), Katelyn actually prepared a short tutorial video to guide me through Encore should this senior citizen in time forget its finer point. I thank her, and of course Brandon, for their professionalism, warmth, technical knowledge and patience while helping me. This is my family's 4th vehicle that we leased from South Shore, and obviously we are completely satisfied with the experiences, and keep coming back! More
