Wanted to lease 2013 Pathfinder. Called and spoke to Dominic and advised him exactly what I was looking for. He checked inventory and confirmed it was at the dealership Before leaving my home, I called Dominic and advised him exactly what I was looking for. He checked inventory and confirmed it was at the dealership Before leaving my home, I called him again to double check it was there and told him I was on the way. When I arrived at the dealership Dominic passed me over to another sales person. She advised me that her manager just left five minutes ago with the vehicle I came to see. Do they think the customer is an idiot !! Would NEVER go back to them or recommend to anyone. More

I went to this dealer and agreed on a price for a brand new sentra. The salesmen I dealt with seemed very nice. He made an appointment for me to return and meet with the finance manager the next day and new sentra. The salesmen I dealt with seemed very nice. He made an appointment for me to return and meet with the finance manager the next day and pick up the car. When i returned i met with a well dressed women that went out of her way to demonstrate how busy she was. When we started going through the paperwork, she started out with the finance agreement whick just showed an amount financed that looked high based on the price i agreed to pay. No matter how hard i pushed i could not get her to show me the computation of the amount financed. Instead she would start to explain it to me then find an error (of course in the dealership's favor). She would then call in her assistant, who was overwelmed and have her rerun all the paperwork. This would take 10-15 minutes. we would continue and repeat the same exercise with me explaining that the financed total looked to high, her finding an error and having her assistant rerun all the paperwork. This actually happened 4 times with us uncovering 5 different errors (all in the dealers favor) that totalled more than 2,500 that they deceptively tried to add to the price of the car. It was at that point that i realized this was part of thier game and i walked out. The financed price of the car was still way to high so i am sure that if i stayed we would have found other errors. I believe that this dealer intentionally uses these deceptive practices to rip off consumers. If you go to massapequa nissan and think they treated you fairly, you were probobly ripped off badly. I have used this dealership many times and have always had a great experience. I recently turned in a leased car and released a new one. The salesman, Joshua, agreed that Nissan would pay the last five pa had a great experience. I recently turned in a leased car and released a new one. The salesman, Joshua, agreed that Nissan would pay the last five payments on the old car. However, for some reason the paperwork didn't reflect that and the payments weren't made. I went in and spoke to one of the managers, Ross, and within the week I had a check for the remaining 5 payments. I want to thank both Joshua and Ross for their honesty and for honoring the deal that was made with me. They were both respectful and polite and took care of this quickly and efficiently. It is very rare to find such professional people. Thank you again... More
will not honor a leagal contract by making false or misleading claims to the contrary. I wish it was possible to give this dealership 0 stars. I wish it was possible to give this dealership 0 stars. I was in the market of getting a good little used car. Drove past this dealership on Saturd I wish it was possible to give this dealership 0 stars. I was in the market of getting a good little used car. Drove past this dealership on Saturday 8/11/12 and decided to stop in. I have told the used salesman that my budget will only allow me to spend 7k to 10k upfront not to waste anyone's time. He spoke to his Manager and selected a 2005 Toyota Corolla that only had 20k miles and was "in my price range". This gentleman allowed me to test drive this vehicle. After deciding that I really liked the car I wanted to talk some numbers. The salesman went to this manager and came back with a number of 11k. I thought I told his my top was 10k? We worked out another number of 10k with taxes and fees....he went to speak to his manager. Soon as I know it his manager comes out to speak with me and advises me that the car has been sold in the morning. Really guy? Let me waste my time?.... The manager rudely suggested that I look at this Chevy Caliber. Really... what makes me think I would ever buy a car from them? He pushes the issue a few times until I walk out. I received a call today from their customer service department on behalf of their manager stating if there was anything they could do.... It's a joke. I wasted almost 2 hours with these guys. I bought the car I liked from another dealer and would NEVER recommend this dealership to any friends or family. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! More

I was told everyone pays this and they tried to pressure me also to Pay. This underhanded shell game and poor business . I bought my last car at massapequa Nissan and Had it serviced at massapequa. After this treatment I will never return and advise all my friends and coworkers to stay away from this dealer. More

In his g ailments. As with many old people he has lost much of his sensibility. This past week he visited the dealership just to brouse and not buy. In his golden years he has learned not to make any big decisions by himself without consulting with or bringing along a family member. However, on this day he was lured in by a salesman who saw him for the easy target and strongarmed him into buying a car. He showed my father a 2009 Altima, a car wich he was not familar with. This car according to the blue book listing should sell in good condition with 43000 miles at a dealership for $15000.00. This car had 43000 miles, however it was not in good condition. The car was so heavily smoked in that the smell was imbeded in everything. The back of the passanger seat was simply missing and there were cigaret burns throughout the interior. There were also no car mats.He couldn"t smell the smoke due to the fact that he suffers from emphasima and lost his sense of smell years ago. Further, the exterior had two obvious spots where it had been damaged and was touched up with paint.Far from what costitutes good shape. The car didn't even run well but they didn't bother to let him test drive it. When my father feeling overwhelmed said he would go and get a bite to eat, the salesman told him to stay seated and ran out to Wendy's to get him some food. Then in another attempt to leave my father said he couldn't do the deal today because he would have to go home and look for the title to his car that he had driven there that they wanted him to trade in. To that the sales person simply said no problem and put my father in his car and drove him to his house to retrieve it. So in the end my father retrieved the title to his car. The sales person then drove my 75 year old father back flustered and confused to the dealership. They sold my father the car for $17000 and well over $20000 after additional fees and sent him on his way. Once he got home he realized that he had not even gotten an owners manual or a second key.He went back to ask for the key and manual and they told him it would be $150.00 for the key and that they didn't have a manuel. Then maybe after there conscious got the best of them they gave in and gave him a key and an owners manual. The manuel wasn't even for his year car. When my family got involved and went back to the dealership, the manager denied knowing anything about it.When we showed him the car he even had to admit that he couldn't belive they would let a car go out looking like this. He further stated that he has no control over those employees. He said Nissan sends the sales peopl from out of state to different dealerships to sell the pre-owned cars. After much persistance we got them to give my father a new Sentra . However, they wouldn't refund any of the money so he ended up paying well over the sticker price. In the end it was the best we could make out of a bad situation. He still ended up being ripped off just not as bad. The dealership should be embarrased with the unethical lengths that they will go to just to move a car . More
This dealership took advantage of a sickly, demented, elderly man. My father was cohersed into buying a 2009 altima (in extremely poor condition) worth approx $10-12,000. for $21,000. When my father sa elderly man. My father was cohersed into buying a 2009 altima (in extremely poor condition) worth approx $10-12,000. for $21,000. When my father said he had to go home to get the title to the car he was intending to turn in and also think about the deal, Terrance the salesman went as far as following him to his house to retrieve the title and complete the deal! When we heard what happened, we went right to the dealership to see what could be done. The only thing they did to us was proceed to try and rip us off further. They agreed that my father over-paid but offered no refund. They then said they could try to fix up the car or offer us a new sentra for $3.000. over the sticker price. They also tried to sneak in an extended warrantee for $1600.!! Do not EVER use this dealership. Do not reccommend your friends or family. More
