I traded in my old Nissan sentra for a new miss sentra I came in with an advertisement stating they were giving a certain amount over Kelley blue book value. So I sat down with said representative. He sweet came in with an advertisement stating they were giving a certain amount over Kelley blue book value. So I sat down with said representative. He sweet talked and swindled his way into the deal. I ended up getting talked into a lease with a payment way over what I was paying for my finance. Then told just bring the car in in two heads and get a new one. I don't think honesty and integrity is a factor when training thier employees. This is my third Nissan car and I'll tell you I will never ever purchase or lease a car from Nissan ever again. My family drives nissans and after my experience they won't be driving them for long. I have 7 months left on my lease. I can't wait to see how km going to get xxxxx when I hand in the car. I'd rather be thrown in a male prison naked then have to deal with this company again. It's a shame cause my business is recommending others different products and services. But you can be sure Nissan will not be a name coming out if my mouth. Oh btw. Nissan will be hearing from me too. More
Typical high volume dealership using bait and switch on their deals. These guys are more qualified for three card monte than sales! I feel bad for the people I saw in there who did not do their research their deals. These guys are more qualified for three card monte than sales! I feel bad for the people I saw in there who did not do their research and we're falling for their lame salesmanship. Expect to spend too much time there while they "try" to get you the best deal from their manager. Who does that anymore??? These guys are stuck in some bad 80's film and their tactics reflect that More
I brought my company owned Nissan Altima in for warranty work for three items, a rattle noise, and collapses arm rest and more importantly a dashboard warning light for the Vehicle Dynamic Control system (V work for three items, a rattle noise, and collapses arm rest and more importantly a dashboard warning light for the Vehicle Dynamic Control system (VDC). My car is still covered under the manufactures warranty. The rattle was fixed and an armrest pad was ordered. The problem was the VDC light. The dealership called me and informed me that the problem was that the brake fluid was low and that triggered the VDC light to come on. I said to them that Nissan owner’s manual says that if the brake fluid is low the ABS/BRAKE light will come on. The manual says that if the VDC light comes on bring your car to Nissan for servicing. Massapequa Nissan said that the reason the brake fluid was low was because the brakes were CLOSE for a change with the rear brakes worse than the front brakes, BUT still not yet a must due item. Massapequa Nissan said that because the trouble (low brake fluid) was not covered under warranty, I would have to pay $120.00 for a diagnostic fee. With this particular light (Vehicle Dynamic Control system) coming on, how is one supposed to know if the cause is covered or not until one brings the vehicle in to the dealership. I feel that this is unreasonable and a rip-off of customers. More
Very friendly comfortable experience. Salesman Cato Thomas was excellent. Would recommend this dealership highly. They explained all the options and made the financing work for me. Went into Massapequa Nissan, I had called earlier and set an appointment with gene. Gene was a very nice gentleman made me feel very comfortable, we test drove the sentra and Altima. Didn't feel pressured an appointment with gene. Gene was a very nice gentleman made me feel very comfortable, we test drove the sentra and Altima. Didn't feel pressured by him at any time to purchase right away, will definitely go back to him once I decide what to do. More
ABSOLUTELY CROOKED!!! I brought my car in for its second inspection (failed the first time due to brakes and rotors, otherwise it would have passed). I put on new breaks and rotors on my own and brought it inspection (failed the first time due to brakes and rotors, otherwise it would have passed). I put on new breaks and rotors on my own and brought it to Nissan to inspect. They told me now it needs windshield wipers because they were torn (which they weren't when I brought it in) and it needs a new license plate bulb (which again wasn't a problem the first time around at inspection) for $100. I went in to pick up the car and told them I would fix it myself and bring it back, because they were asking for an outrageous amount of money for something simple. They told me it would be better if I found a local mechanic to go to in the future and that I wasn't welcome back. I was beside myself. I guess they are so busy ripping everyone else off that they don't need my business. What a horrid experience!!! More
If above catagory Overall experience had an option for very good instead of just good, I would have checked it! Had a couple of issues to work through with them and after spending some time with them and very good instead of just good, I would have checked it! Had a couple of issues to work through with them and after spending some time with them and discussing the issues, to their credit they stayed courteous and professional and solved our differences, gave us a good deal on a 2014 Altima and could not be nicer, which made my wife very happy. She loves her new car and feels good about doing business at this dealership with the above named people. There was also a couple of other people who helped along the process, they know who they are and thanks to all of you! Keep up the good work! More

Adult daughter went to buy a new Altima. Music so loud you can't concentrate (to their advantage so you get confused). Offer you a "deal" that is absolutely no "deal". Did they really think she was that you can't concentrate (to their advantage so you get confused). Offer you a "deal" that is absolutely no "deal". Did they really think she was that stupid that their zero % financing at 60 months worked out to be a good $50. more than it should have been. Also was told by Laura that the zero % was not available for the year car she wanted or the model. Then Mario came to try to close the deal and he told her of course it was available. He is the biggest BS artist going. Bait and switch see if you can tell what walnut shell the deal is under. Oops wrong again. It was constant bait and switch. Felt like we were involved in a con game. Yes my daughter did buy a car at another dealership. Got a better price, was treated like she should be treated, deal and delivery completed in a total of 2 hours and she got the exact vehicle she wanted with the exact color, equipment, price and financing. Will never set foot in this dealership again. Unfortunate it is convenient for her. It's worth the drive to go where you will be treated fairly. More
