2012 Altima only had it two weeks!! I took my car to the service dept a week ago and I only have the car two weeks. At that time they were very nice and I was have a sluggish feeling wh I took my car to the service dept a week ago and I only have the car two weeks. At that time they were very nice and I was have a sluggish feeling when I stepped on the brake to slow down and hesitation when I sped up. So I thought it was my brakes. They checked my brakes and said they checked the car and all was fine. But this week again in stop and go traffic I am feeling the same thing. I have a trip planned to take my 10 yr old son up To Boston for a vacation I have to have a reliable vehicle. Well to make a long story short I called the service station today and spoke to the first girl who answered to set up a service again!! to come in!!. She transferred me to Fred who said that he was the one who helped me the week before. I am a women and car Service men seem to be very condesending to women when they are alone. He proceeded to tell me that the car was there the week before everything was checked and it's fine. I said hey I drive in stop and go traffic back and forth 18miles each way a day I think I can tell if something isn't right. My back went up immediately he was sooooo rude. I am going there tmrw for them to have a service tech ride with me so I can explain what I am feeling in the car. See right now it's under the first 30 days warranty where they have to fix it for FREE and that seems to be the issue. I can just see if I brought it back on day 31 they would find something and I would have to pay!!! That is a disgrace they better redeem themselves this weekend or they will have an issue with me!! More

Excellent experience I have been driving a car since 1945. In that time I have had numerous visits to a Dealers Service Dept. Some rotten, some ordinary. Today I brought I have been driving a car since 1945. In that time I have had numerous visits to a Dealers Service Dept. Some rotten, some ordinary. Today I brought my car in for an oil change etc. I have to say, without exception, that in all those years I have never met more courteous, professional and cooperative personnel that I encounter in your Service Department. You should be commended for hiring such people. I recommend Mr. Michael Mathison, who went out of his way today, be nominated Employee Of The Month. Too often sales personnel and car quality are negated by a poor Service Dept. You have no worry in that regard. More

Everything I wanted. I felt welcome and invited right away. The sales associate(s) were both friendly yet professional, funny yet knowledgeable, but most importantly they I felt welcome and invited right away. The sales associate(s) were both friendly yet professional, funny yet knowledgeable, but most importantly they were very honest and up front, deterring me from making choices that I would end up regretting. The vehicle I'm leasing is 100% perfect, I couldn't find something to complain about if I looked. They made sure I felt safe and comfortable in it, taking the time to contact both my insurance and the vehicle registration center so I didn't have to. I look forward to returning to them for future services, and I would definitely recommend them to just about any one in search of a new car. More
The worst dealership of them all!! After considering buying 2 new cars we visited this dealership 2 times. The first time they told us the advertised price on the car was after putting After considering buying 2 new cars we visited this dealership 2 times. The first time they told us the advertised price on the car was after putting 20 percent down, and if I wanted to buy it I would have to add 20 percent to the price....what a joke and I walked out. The next experience and the only reason we went back was because they were one of the only places that had the make and model we wanted, so after being quoted a price using the online chat session which a made a copy to show them returned to the dealership with the quote, but somehow after 3 days in the same month the deal had expired. We then get a call after we had left that they could do the deal that was quoted.....but there was no way we would ever return to that dealership. The staff has no knowledge of what they sell, and they wouldn't even let us test drive the make/model we were going to buy...we were told "they are all the same"....not what you should have to put up with when you are spending $30k on a car. They talked me out of buying a Nissan. More

I don't remember the name of the man I dealt with attempting to turn in my Hyundai lease and lease a rogue. He claimed to be "very aggressive" and he was, as well as rude, nasty, and a liar. He agreed to a deal then as we were going over the paperwork and details he changed at least half the promises we agreed too! Then they only had 2 colors and chose one for me without giving me a minute to decide! We took our things ripped up the papers and left. This experience was disgraceful and I'm turned off from Nissan COMPLETELY from now on. I went to Babylon Honda and could not have been happier with that experience. NEVER GO TO MASSAPEQUA NISSAN! More
