Dont waste your time!!!!!!!!! Manager Louie likes to play games. I spent 4 hours and was told I was getting one deal and after insurance was processed, car was prepped and plates Manager Louie likes to play games. I spent 4 hours and was told I was getting one deal and after insurance was processed, car was prepped and plates were put on new car the finance manager wanted to charge us $1700.00 more than was originally agreed upon. I was clear with what I was expecting to pay and was told that everything would be correct when paperwork was processed. What a joke! I have better things to do than to spend my evening away from my family !!! So dont waste your time at Massapequa Nissan, unless you like to play games and have nothing better to do with your time!!!! Salesman Micah was a pleasure, however let this be a lesson to him. He needs to make sure that him and the manager are on the same page and have a clear understanding of what the customer is expecting! I will definitely not being doing any business with Massapequa Nissan!!!! More

Waste of time! I had the WORST experience here! I came here to buy a Nissan Altima and was interested in 2 cars. One car was unavailable at the moment and I was aske I had the WORST experience here! I came here to buy a Nissan Altima and was interested in 2 cars. One car was unavailable at the moment and I was asked to leave money down so the car can be brought to this dealership. I left $100 down so they can bring the car there. The other car I was interested just came into the dealership. There was no price quoted yet, and the salesperson (Chris) made up a price. We came back a few days later and Chris was off from work so a new salesperson helped us (Raymond). Raymond and I were discussing a deal for this car, he told us he could knock the price down to $1000 off the total price. I asked for $1500 off and he said he can meet us half way at $1250. I agreed to that and asked to talk to the manager about getting an extended warranty on the car. We all sat at the desk and the manager said he couldn't go lower than the asking price. I said that Raymond made a deal with me to take $1250 off the asking price and Raymond yelled "I did not say that!" Raymond lied in front of my family about this deal and I asked for my money back and walked out! The sales people are extremely rude and liars! Do not come here and waste your time! More

When I asked how much longer his time frames were always a bit off, but I got a great deal. It just seemed he really needed more help, helping 3 people at one time seems a bit extreme. That's the reason I couldn't rate customer service as high as I would of liked to. More

When I got in the car to take it home, (5 hours later) it was a TOTALLY DIFFERENT SCALED DOWN MODEL. I spoke to three different managers. One was nastier than the other. They said there was nothing they could do because the paperwork already went through (REALLY???) . Called Nissan USA and they were no help at all either. I have been a Nissan owner for over 30 years. After this experience, I will be moving on.... More

I know time is money and he could have just given an explanation based upon my complaint, but he indicated I worked on this car and was nothing but willing to make sure I understood what was happening. I miss the manicures, but the service is always whats needed and no pressure to force you into anything not immediately needed. Very honest and trustworthy dealership. More

Pompous store manager- Horrible experience I walked in to this dealership looking to purchase a brand new Xterra. I was excited committed and willing. I immediately turned to my left to meet so I walked in to this dealership looking to purchase a brand new Xterra. I was excited committed and willing. I immediately turned to my left to meet someone sitting at a desk. He asked me if he could help me and I said yes I am looking for an Xterra. He said okay why an Xterra as if it was a bad thing. After being put on the spot I immediately felt uncomfortable. Next he asked me what kind of Xterra as if I knew all the different models. I said I wanted a black sport he laughed and said “ they have a sport model? I didn’t even know that” after laughing and sharing the joke with his co workers he said okay go sit over there and someone will help you. I was embarrassed and immediately regretted walking in. Then after finally meeting with Michael he told me the Xterras are in the back go look at them I have to do something. Again I could not believe this was the experience I was having. So trying to stay committed I went and looked by myself and realized this is not what car buying should be like. I left there so disappointed and don’t think I will ever go back. It is a shame because I really wanted one. More
