The best there is I have been purchasing Nissans's since 2004 at Massapequa Nissan. Since then, I have purchased 7 Muranos, 1 Altima and 1 Quest. I cannot say enough I have been purchasing Nissans's since 2004 at Massapequa Nissan. Since then, I have purchased 7 Muranos, 1 Altima and 1 Quest. I cannot say enough about this dealership!!! From the Sales rep. Laura Nathan, who was always patient with me, to Jim Castro the Finance manager who knew exactly what my goals and needs where each time I purchased a car and how to make the numbers work for me. Lastly Luis Gonzalez, the general manager who went out of his way to make me feel like we've known each other all our lives and made sure I was happy. What makes the overall experience even better is the service that is given as well. From the Service Rep Martha Yuolo, to the Service manager Will Rosano, who takes the time to sit with you if things don't always seem to jive. They make up what I would consider an "unbeatable team" Thank you all!!!! Alan Bergman Thank you Nissan family More

I knew immedia I would like to highly recommend an outstanding salesman who worked with my wife and I a few days ago. His name is Mr. Jean Sorto. I knew immediately after speaking with him on the phone and in person he was the salesman that I wanted to do business with. He was extremely polite and answered every question we asked him. He took the time and went over every detail including a great price on a new Murano Lease! My wife and I are both retired professionals. Mr. Sorto was respectful and courteous to both of us. He always returned my phone calls when I needed a specific question answered. In 25 years leasing cars, I would say that Mr. Jean Sorto is the Very Best Car Salesman I have ever Leased or purchased a car from. He is Honest,Trustworthy, and a Gentleman. Thankyou Again!! More

Not only was everyone we dealt with friendly and professional they had an ease about them. It seemed that they happy to work at this dealership. There was absolutely no pressure to make our choice right then and there. We feel that the car sold itself. We would recommend this dealership to our friends. More

Horrible Reputation and dishonesty. Massapequa Nissan is by far the most cliché ‘vacuum cleaner’ selling car dealership on the south shore of Long Island. Please conduct a thorough inter Massapequa Nissan is by far the most cliché ‘vacuum cleaner’ selling car dealership on the south shore of Long Island. Please conduct a thorough internet search of the horrible reviews other customers and potential customers encountered. The majority are all bad. I purchased a Nissan 370z in March of 2012 and purchased a 3 year extended warranty. On several occasions when the car needed service, I would simply ask to inquire if my serviced work was covered under warranty, and each service person would either say no or they couldn’t locate all the details to the provider of my warranty. Apparently, my warranty could never be ‘found’ in the obscure internal database system (Probably a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet), and the only detail was that it only covered ‘36,000’ miles. After getting fed up with being given little and contradictory information, I located my warranty provider and I discovered from them directly, that the warranty would cover up to three years or 54,500+ miles. I even spoke to the warranty company about an earlier service receipt when I first got the car, and they are reviewing it as something that should have been covered under warranty. Had I been given the proper information my warranty may have served somewhat of a purpose, but now it is too late. I have no problem paying for something when it is obviously not covered under warranty and I understand why. Massapequa Nissan was completely wrong for telling me each time my warranty was covered for 36,000 miles when that was a blatant lie...they didn't even have the warranty provider in their system. The Nissan finance department even put the wrong mileage information on the warranty. I will be contacting corporate Nissan and providing my experience and the links to the horrid reviews just so they see I am not some complaining misguided arrogant xxxxxxx customer. I also sadly referred my parents to them because Massapequa Nissan promised me a $500 check for any referral. Well, that was a lie too since it took almost one year for them to finally agree to a '$200' check. They are truly liars and would fail in any other industry of the business world, except some kind of criminal activity like money laundering or something. In their minds, their issue was solved by simply updating my warranty their database. According to them, "That's the best we can do." The only good thing I can actually say about their service are the actual car repair technicians, since they have always repaired issues without repeated visits and done quality work. I have also spoken with them as they have shown me the actual issues when I asked them too. But as for the sales department and management, whether old or ‘under new management’ as a tactic to help polish the rock for their primate customer service, they fail at operating a reputable business and maintaining a strong customer base with good experiences. Too many other Nissan Dealers for them to be this Arrogant. In early November My wife and I walked into a few Nissan dealerships around our area. We ended up at Massapequa Nissan (which is NOT in Massapequa AT ALL). We dealt with a nice salesperson named Mike who did everything we asked of him. Got us the price we wanted with the Sign and Drive configuration. Keep in mind he has been selling cars for over 9 years for Nissan. He was quite aware that we wanted to take the car for the first payment and DMV fees. We left them a $250 deposit and they said the Car could be picked up on Saturday. We went that Saturday to pick up the car, and after 1 1/2 hours they brought us in to sign contracts, at which time they tried to take $2,700 from us We explained to them that this was not how the deal was structured the other night (we had approval from the Manager on duty that the deal was done. They now had my LEIN release from my car that they were buying back, and LUIS GONZALEZ told me that he was keeping all of my paperwork, then shredding it. My wife had to call and explain that they were COMPLETELY out of line and was able to get the Paperwork. They made zero attempt to remedy the situation. Just so you all know, when it was all over, LUIS GONZALEZ, the general manager and I use that term loosely, told me "WHEN THEY DON'T GIVE YOU THE PRICE THEY TOLD YOU, THINK OF ME!!" Well I thought of you and your obnoxious couldn't care less attitude. We Went to Legacy in Westbury and got a nicer equipped car for the same price per month,. The staff there was beyond helpful and a pleasure to deal with. More
