We returned our leased vehicle and were waiting to leave with our new leased vehicle when my wife saw a model we were not aware of. Our vehicle exchange manager, Karen Altamura, gave us the information we needed, showed us the vehicle, and helped us trade in our second car and lease another vehicle. She handled both transactions in a friendly and professional manner and we left confidently with two new vehicles. We cannot say enough good things about the representative who assisted us, the finance representative, and the dealership itself. More
