Shame on you Massapequa Nissan! GM is a terrible businessman! At time of down payment, I was told I would have to put down double than what we agreed on. GM is a terrible businessman! At time of down payment, I was told I would have to put down double than what we agreed on. More

While my Credit H Upon dealing with other Nissan Dealers throughout the years, I must have to stay that Massapequa Nissan by far should by rated 1#. While my Credit History had a few challenges I must say that this dealership goes out of their way to work with you in obtaining a reasonable and acceptable car loan. The salesman, Jean Sorto was amazing in obtaining the exact vehicle I had been looking for. He continuously followed through on the sale of the vehicle (accommodating my needs)while his Finance Manager, Larry Velasquez worked vigorously to obtain a REASONABLE Auto Loan, with best financing rate! I must say I was quite impressed due to the challenges on my Credit Report. Would like to also thank Elizabeth Chin who was wonderful on telephone (listened) and convinced me that something could be done to get me into a vehicle even with my credit challenges. More

Jeff was professional, super friendly, upfront about the numbers, and extra patient with me and my mother. We test drove 3 or 4 cars and he got the cars ready, swapped the plates, and didn't complain once. Very good buying experience and I would recommend everyone work with Jeff! More
Absolutely atrocious dealership - crooks galore!!! In an attempt to be an objective reviewer I will try to describe both what is good and what is bad and let you judge for yourselves. The good: 1. In an attempt to be an objective reviewer I will try to describe both what is good and what is bad and let you judge for yourselves. The good: 1. Big dealership and ample supply of various models. The bad: 1. Curt & sleazy staff in all levels. 2. Absolutely dishonest & unprofessional. 3. Love to waste your time - one person says one thing which then gets contradicted by another person. I went there yesterday with my father (30 mile ride for us) as they were the closest dealership in the area with a specific color & trim of a 2015 Nissan Murano that we wanted. We got straight to brass tax and told them what price we were looking for. We got a bunch of nonsense for them sales representative that specialized in wasting our time and adding melodrama to the whole experience with canned remarks like "I can't sell you this car at this price and still keep my job tomorrow". All in all after 45 annoying minutes, we finally tentatively agreed on a price (30K for S trim with the NAV package and a few accessories) and proceeded to the next phase of the process. They brought us to a room with a "Finance Manager" named Larry who started saying we were asking too much, that this deal didn't make sense, and that the dealership would lose too much money (BS!!!). He said 30.5K made more sense and then upon asking about financing, informed us that there was no 0% APR financing available. One of the main reasons we picked the Nissan Murano was for their attractive incentive offers clearly plastered all over the main corporate website. Looking straight into my eyes he said "there are no 0% APR on Nissan Muranos anywhere in the US and if you have a dealership that offered that deal, you should go there and take it". Then he added, "I know that since there is no 0% APR, you will be back here and get this vehicle from us - we will earn your business the right way". Talk about gall! Getting really frustrated at this point, I told the sales rep to go on her computer to the NissanUSA website and see the promotion for herself. After seeing the information for herself, she ran to the back office to tell them that we were in fact correct. Upon her return, not to look bad, they played it like it was an honest mistake. Where have you ever seen a finance manager not being aware of the finance options offered by the parent company? Forgive the crude remark here but in my view he is either a complete incompetent imbecile or nothing more than an ordinary sleazy crook. I will let you decide for yourselves. We turn around and left that moment. At any rate, we go a vehicle the next day from a different dealership at 1,000 below the "best price" offered by this dealership with 0% APR. Talk about a night and day difference of experience. xxxxxxto Nissan of Edison in NJ! Arthur More

Service Experience I brought our Nissan Altima in for an oil change, inspection & a recall for the hood latch. One thing I like about their service dept is you actually I brought our Nissan Altima in for an oil change, inspection & a recall for the hood latch. One thing I like about their service dept is you actually schedule an appointment for service at your convenience. When you arrive they take the car right away, so you don't have to wait. They have a very nice waiting area and the service reps are very nice and very helpful. Service time is usually pretty good. I was helped by Fred Sanfilippo and he was very helpful in informing me of the services that would be performed and he followed up with me when necessary. Overall I had another very good service experience at Massapequa Nissan. More
