SAW AD ON TV FOR $149 THE DAY AFTER SIGNED FOR $269 Salesman was very pushy, never gave us the $149 lease deal on TV, Never responded to my letter requesting new deal to reflect or a refund of the month Salesman was very pushy, never gave us the $149 lease deal on TV, Never responded to my letter requesting new deal to reflect or a refund of the monthly difference of $3,600.00. Lease return experience/horrible Tried for 4 weeks to return my vehicle at the end of it's lease. Each time I called I was given a different answer: 1: you can return it any time 9-9, Tried for 4 weeks to return my vehicle at the end of it's lease. Each time I called I was given a different answer: 1: you can return it any time 9-9, 2) call this number (cell # given) I call , leave a message, still waiting on a return call 3 weeks later. Several times I call and was told lot was full, trucks were not picking up cars. I get that, but tell me a firm time when I can drop it off! Next time I call, was told lot full, call another Nissan dealer. I ask for some phone numbers. Guy tells me "google it". I start to ask him what kind of customer service is this where you don't have these numbers on hand? He hangs up on me. Stay away from this place!! PS: I call Legend Nissan in Syosset and my problem was solved in one call. Massapequa Nissan employees all need a lesson in customer service skills. More
Full of lies Well I was searching for a truck when I found it on there site so I called spoke to Lasha Bell. I told him what I have as a trade and what I had down Well I was searching for a truck when I found it on there site so I called spoke to Lasha Bell. I told him what I have as a trade and what I had down what I wanted to do and all. I was very clear I did not want to waste time do be upfront so I do t come to waste time. He says we need to see your truck to get a trade value. I come In ask for Lasha who never comes out I have a sales guy and I go over the whole thing with him. Well he input my truck info never looked at the truck or asked what options truck had nothing. I watch him do the numbers on computer and see prep fees of close to 6000 lol so I ask what the xxxx is that? He says well for the brakes and maintenance on the truck they we sell you. I was like really so the great price i saw is really not so true because they will Jack it up on prep fees.. Well now he says oh sorry that truck is sold and there is no way we could do the deal with the negative equity you have.. well first the deal can be done be cause I have been in this situation before and had no problem which tells me they are lazy and do not want to do the leg work to get the deal because they sold the truck I wanted. Now I guess I should say I'm in the business as well and know the xx and when I spoke to Lasha he gave a very different story on how important it is for them to see my trade.. he made it sound like it can be done but once again another lie.. I would never use or recommend this dealership to anyone. You lie on price and on making deals. You were lazy on trying to get a deal made so I will wait for a truck from my dealership.. horrible place. More
Can’t drive my car 2 months after buying it. This is the worst place ever. The salesman and managers are so nice to you and make you feel comfortable with the purchase. Nice to you when you take out that credit card and sign those papers. This is my second notice from DMV notice saying that I can’t drive my car because the registration is suspended due to a LACK OF PROOF OF INSURANCE. This horrible place put the WRONG SERIAL NUMBER on the insurance so I technically can not drive my car for a week now. GREAT JOB MASSAPEQUA NISSAN. nothing like scamming your customers. Oh, and on top of all of this I have my salesman a tip for his help. I’ll never ever walk in that place ever again. More
Simple oil change Made an appointment for an oil change. Got there and they took the car right away but then waited 15 min for someone to see me. I was greeted with "Do you really need an oil change today, were really backed up." I said I drove 30 min for this appointment. He told me it would be be a 2 hour wait! First impression with this place is terrible. No one cared. They let me walk right out without even an apology. More

The showroom was beautiful, plenty of cars and very clean and modern. But, our salesman was what made the car buying experience exceptional! Mr. Billy Mecca was professional, polite, patient and extremely knowledgeable of the product, Nissan cars! He answered all our questions and we feel he went above and beyond to assist us.
