My saleswoman, Erika VanPutten was phenomenally knowledgeable about all things Nissan! I had questions about the Maxima, Rogue SV, Rogue SL and the Rogue Platinum. She eventually led my wife and knowledgeable about all things Nissan! I had questions about the Maxima, Rogue SV, Rogue SL and the Rogue Platinum. She eventually led my wife and I to lease the Platinum. A thoroughly informative description about the vehicle, lease agreement, maintenance protocol and eventual purchase policy by Erika and Carlos Peralta were the keys to our decision to switch from loyal Acura customers to Nissan customers. My only disappointment with Nissan is with the paltry Veteran discount of $500. That has absolutely zero bearing on the professionalism, respect, patience, and knowledge Of Ms. VanPutten and Mr. Peralta> Overall, my wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with your product, and more than thoroughly satisfied with your sales, financial and insurance staff. Horrible customer service in the service dept. I had an oil change and got my car back with the engine air filter housing completely apart and rattling in my way home. I just purchased my car off lease and my radio wasn’t working called service to see if there was something I can do instead of bringing it in they said I had to bring it in. Thanks to YouTube I held down the power button for 20 seconds and it worked. Called the dealer no reply even after they promised they would call back. Worst dealer ever. More
I walked out. . I made an appointement and they did not have the car pulled around. The car had the low gas light on, oil change light and 2 other service engine . While I was test driving I asked them to assess my trade in. When I got back they were still "Meeting in the Managers office" I shared multiple times I only had 1 hour. I spoke with a manger about my dissapointment and their response was nothing and let me walk out with even an appology. More
