I called this people up to inquire about a car and drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there. And they bump up the price of their car by 10,000 dollars saying it’s dealer fee. The car is listed for 24k and 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there. And they bump up the price of their car by 10,000 dollars saying it’s dealer fee. The car is listed for 24k and the price they give us is 35k and said that they will take off 1 thousand dollars like xxx. When we tell him about the price online, he shows us an * mark next to the price like it’s big revelation and is going to justify a price bump of 10,000 dollars Overall it was a bad, a really bad experience More
This dealership should not be in business. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism, incompetence and disrespect ever in my life. The salespeople there are absolute crooks and should not be allowed experienced such unprofessionalism, incompetence and disrespect ever in my life. The salespeople there are absolute crooks and should not be allowed or trusted to work with people. I requested a payoff letter from Nissan Corporate in order it buy out my lease. When I went to the dealership I had to explain several times that I needed the bill of sale in order to present to my bank in order to get the check. It wasn’t rocket science but apparently it was. After they stalled me for over 90 minutes claiming printer issues, they brought me a bill of sale that was $5,000 more than the payoff figure quoted from their Corporate office. When I asked them to explain how they arrived at that number they refused to let me closely see a copy of the bill of sale. They became aggressive and indignant when I told them that I don’t understand why there’s a $5,000 discrepancy. It’s not ok to take advantage of people and significantly up-charge in order to make a profit. This dealership has wronged me twice and there won’t a third time. You’re despicable human beings. You’re not good to your customers and are a bunch of inhumane crooks and bullies. If you treat people with respect you won’t have to worry about making a profit. You made something so simple extremely difficult and cost yourselves money and credibility. I will never give you a penny of my hard-earned money. You’re despicable. More

Absolute Crooks. Went in to buy out my lease, as mandated my NMAC. Got the price/fees over the phone ahead of time in order to not waste time. After almost 3 hours of waiting (with almost no other customers my NMAC. Got the price/fees over the phone ahead of time in order to not waste time. After almost 3 hours of waiting (with almost no other customers at the dealership), finally got to see the Finance manager - Terrance Kelly. Suddenly, the total fees were not the same as those quoted over the phone. When I said I wasn't there to play games and asked for the salesman who quoted the numbers, Kelly immediately became loud and agitated and said "No, the salesman and whatever he told you are irrelevant. He has no authority whatsoever. I AM THE MANAGER". I walked out and got the salesman who confirmed the numbers given to me. Kelly refused to even listen, continued being rude, loud and combative, stating that he wasnt wasting his time and wanted to go home. The Sales manager came over and also refused to honor the prices quoted. We walked out. On the way out, the only customers remaining cheered us on, making it crystal clear that we werent the only ones unhappy with how this dealership conducted business that night. South Shore Nissan is the prime example of everything that is wrong with auto dealers these days. If you are looking for a Nissan, go elsewhere. More

Never go here. We just purchased a used car and was lied to about the warranty. I was told I was getting the bumper to bumper warranty and then they did not honor it. They also sent me home with the car th to about the warranty. I was told I was getting the bumper to bumper warranty and then they did not honor it. They also sent me home with the car that had many broken parts and refused to fix it. Brendan Kelly was the sales person and Terrence was the manager. Both very practiced liars. More
Yesterday and today, 22-23 JULY 2021, I called this dealership to purchase from their on-line advertisement used cars on cars.com, 2018 BMW 328d @ $25,965. I confirmed on the phone call that the car wa dealership to purchase from their on-line advertisement used cars on cars.com, 2018 BMW 328d @ $25,965. I confirmed on the phone call that the car was still available for purchase with the sale person. As a professional, Doctor, I expressed I wanted to move forward with the purchase without haggling, and offered to process the downpayment on the spot to lock-in purchase. I expressed yesterday that I had financing lined-up and wanted the final numbers to process the purchase at the advertised price. The salesperson expressed, "the amount advertised on cars.com is only for in-house finance. A cash offer will be more expensive than the on-line advertised price." I said, "ok," since I know my credit is good and in-house financing most likely would be approved without an issue. Yesterday, this dealership expressed they required in-house financing to lock-in the price of the car as advertised. Carfax was clean, title was clean, low mileage on car, all looked good for on online/home sale for delivery without worry. I completed on-line finance application this morning as required to move forward. Salesperson expressed car had been on the lot for about two months. Today, I got a binder for auto insurance for the car since it was an out-of-state purchase just to ensure easy process. Called the dealer/sales person to complete financing application this evening and to provide driver's license and insurance information card. The sales person said the manager sold the car at auction earlier in the day, for $28,995. (xxx) I am pissed. This seems extremely shady as a professional person and consumer. Especially since for two days I expressed manifested interest in purchasing the car. Another way to put it, this dealership sold the car out from under me, literally out the back door, while I am processing the paperwork up front in the showroom. Salesperson expressed, "Oh, sorry, we have more cars coming from auction next week." I don't particularly blame the salesperson, but the 'unnamed" manager/dealer seems culpable. It appears the profit motive is far more important than customer service. What type of dealership is this that would shaft a potential buyer, in order to make a quick three thousand dollar profit? A shady one. More
