Mr. Velasquez, While it is true that you purchased this transmission from South Shore Nissan we did not install it. As this is a manufacturer part, South Shore Nissan was only a retailer for this situation, your issue is with Nissan Corporate. Holding SS Nissan responsible for this is akin to holding Walmart responsible for a TV that broke after 14 months of use. You would have to contact the manufacturer as you will need to in this instance as well. Jimmy went so far as to offer you a discount on repairing the leak but, you declined. Oh yea paying $1800-$2000 plus labor which probably is around $800 on top of the rest … oh yea sure that’s one heck of a discount, Then why do you call yourself Nissan if you have nothing to do with Nissan Corporate? As stated by the thousands of claims and forums showing how this transmission has problems then why are u you selling a product you know is bad? If you truly cared about customers you would be honest with us not sell of these products that are no good and just because i had my own trusted shop install it for me instead of stealaship is not an excuse for a defeated product which purchased from you expecting to be the best.. Dont you still do business with these smaller shops by selling them parts that are from Nissan and are suppose to be trusted or are you now saying its these smaller shops that are at fault even tho you shipped them the product wrapped and covered and stamped stating theirs nothing wrong with it basically? i spoke hrs Nissan Corporate and all i got was both of you pointing the fingers at each other and making excuses instead of doing the right thing and replacing a bad product you sold me which is known to have problems.. You all should be ashamed

Jimmy offered you a few options including for you to take the transmission back to the person that installed it, have them remove the transmission and we would replace the seal for $100. We attempted to assist you in any way that we could but it was not enough. Again, your issue is with the manufacturer.

NO he didnt! he offered to selling me the Torque Converter seals which he stated costed between $1800-2000 then he would only charge me around $140 for labor since he stated you techs are union.. so not only would i have to pay my tech to take out and reinstall the tranny i would have to Pay SS Nissan for parts and labor as well, so unless he changed his mind on selling me the seals WHICH HE STATED WERE 1800-$2000 plus his tech labor, do you truly believe i would had turned down an offer for replacements seals needed and installed for buy you shop $100 if that were what he offered me ? Come on stop the lies

Ok Clearly their was a miscommunication of $1800-2000 and the $100 you state to have offered me .. then all i would have to do is tell my shop to take out the Transmission and i bring it back to you and you will repair it for $100? if so can i bring the Transmission in tomorrow?
