I am a returning customer at this dealership & have leased a Rougue for 10 years. Came back & got the upmost outstanding experence from Thomas the sales Manager and Cato the Sales Consultant. One if the worst service departments I have ever been too. Made a appointment for 10/10 and told the service department i need a loaner car was told firtst come. When i arrived i was told I have to sit and wait till my car gets diagnosed then I will get my loaner maybe. The staff if rude and unprofessional. I will not be using this service department any more. For all the money we spend on these cars there should be some kind of common curtesy. More

Told me that they'd honor the trade estimate at a minimum. Then, after making me wait ALL DAY, they offered me $4000 less. They said it was because my trade was slow selling, as if Nissan Rogues ar minimum. Then, after making me wait ALL DAY, they offered me $4000 less. Had a great 1st lease 2 years ago as this was my second lease and that’s why I came back. Had a great first time experience two years ago not at all the same this time around not only was, I rushed through lease and that’s why I came back. Had a great first time experience two years ago not at all the same this time around not only was, I rushed through my sale, put off to the side and then got the car the same day when I wasn’t in a rush to get it As I would’ve preferred, picking it up later in the day, or the next day after it was detailed and properly given to me (as I still have stickers on my tires) and because they were so busy I am told which makes me more upset that that’s the way you would treat a customer especially a second time customer. I then find out a week later after recommending a friend for a second time that she got the acquisition fee waived but I got to pay more money when I have two leases with them. Very upset by the way I was treated and the amount of money I had to put upfront for only putting not much down but my friend got treated better. It’s a shame because I really love the Pathfinder but do not like the way I was treated and feel like I was taken advantage of both financially as well as being a repeat customer. More
