On June 19th, 2023 I signed a contract with the South Shore Kia for a 36 months lease of a new Kia Niro EV taking advantage of what I thought at that time of a wonderful offer from Kia of a one year of c Shore Kia for a 36 months lease of a new Kia Niro EV taking advantage of what I thought at that time of a wonderful offer from Kia of a one year of complimentary fast charging anywhere in the United States provided by the Kia USA for a newly leased Kia Niro EV. Upon my arrival to the South Shore Kia on June 19th the above offer was confirmed and I was reassured by the Sales and Leasing Consultant Saboor Arif, the consultant who was working with me, and later by the Finance Manager Dan Archer when I was signing the lease agreement, one year of complimentary charging will be activated by the Kia USA the next day by the Kia Connect after I will contact the Kia USA Customer Service. As I learned next day, June 20th, when I called the Kia USA Customer Service following the dealer directions to activate “one year of complimentary charging” with the Kia Connect, I was told by the representative that the Kia USA not only does not offer or provide “one year of complimentary charging” but as I was told not even aware of a such “limited time special promotion" by any Kia authorized dealer in the country. Today, two weeks later, on July 3rd, 2023, the South Shore Kia not only still refusing to acknowledge and correct what I thought at first was a mistake or misunderstanding that will be addressed by the South Shore Kia and Kia USA in a short period of time, but completely opposite, the South Shore Kia still actively advertising and promoting a completely inaccurate and false “special offer”, still misleading potential Kia customers providing incorrect and without any foundation “special offer” information, including on the front page of the South Shore Kia website, only now as of “4th of July Special Deal” that expires on July 5th, 2023. Since my initial communications with the dealership after discovering “the mistake” on June 24th, including the Sales and Leasing Consultant Saboor Arif and the following day the General Sales Manager Eric Martinez, and my unsuccessful attempts to connect with the Finance Director Adnan Contractor, all my calls to the South Shore Kia sales and finance departments remaining answered, all my numerous voice messages left remained unreturned. The Kia USA and the Kia Connect both continuing to advise to address the issue with the South Shore Kia directly, under premises that each authorized Kia dealer is an independent business, no Kia USA Regional Sales Manager (unfortunately I don’t have his or her name because the Kia USA is refusing to provide me the name and contact information based on the company policy), not assigned to my case Kia Connect Case Manager never reached me back after my multiple attempts to find out the status of my case with the Kia USA, which I was told I should hear back within 24 to 48 hours by email or by a phone call. A complete failure to communicate and address the issue on all the levels by the South Shore Kia and by the Kia USA, refusing to acknowledge the problem and continuing advertising and promoting the one year of complimentary charging as the “special offer” for me is a clear sign of not only poor customer service by the dealership as well as by the Kia USA Customer Service but more importantly a clear case of intentionally providing misleading and false advertising information by the South Shore Kia. More

I visited several dealerships and spoke with many salespeople, but none of them seemed to understand what I was looking for. One day, I drove into the South Shore Kia dealership and was immediately struck by her warmth and enthusiasm. She greeted me with a smile and asked me about my needs and preferences. Bailey was incredibly knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and she took the time to explain the features and benefits of each one I was Interested in. We went through the catalog, and Bailey patiently answered all of my questions. She never pressured me into making a decision, but instead gave me the space and time to make up my own mind. She offered me water and some delicious chocolate turtle chip snacks. When I finally decided on a car, Bailey helped me through the financing process, making sure I got a fair deal. She even took the time to show me how to use all of the car's features and set up my phone to connect to the car's Bluetooth system. I left the dealership feeling confident and satisfied with my purchase, and I knew that it was all thanks to Bailey's exceptional service. I would recommend Bailey to anyone looking for a new car. She truly cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction. Easy, pain free transaction. This is my second car in 7 months purchased from south shore Kia. The first car was a certified pre owned. Today I purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Sportage hybrid. Salesperson for both transactions was Bailey. She is knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Bailey knows her stuff with all of the bells and whistles and will walk you through whatever you need. This dealership has done right by me both times I used them. They did not gouge the prices or add any additional fees. My car was purchased at MSRP with only a $179 doc fee. Every other Kia dealer on Long Island wanted thousands over sticker price with ridiculous add ons. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again! More
Purchased two cars from the old dealership name Revolution Kia. All the perks that were offered were swept away with the name change. I still brought it in for a few more oil changes and the Service Department will out right lie to you about services needed. For example you have a rear disk cracked and and the rest of the pads are razor thin and need to be replaced now! I was told it was dangerous to even drive home if I refused service. After being told it was going to be 1500. I walked out took it to Firestone Lindenhurst and they said, disks okay, pads should be changed in about another 20k more. My other car had a service package that included oil changes, tire rotations and some basic maintenance. Every time I used it I would be told some outrageous lie that I had to take the car to Firestone to see if they were telling the truth about the car needing new belts, brakes, coolant, belts, tie rods, struts and more. I could not wait until the service package ended so that I could take the car to get basic maintenance somewhere else. More

Before purchasing it, we pointed out the only issue with the car being that the back tire was flat. We discussed this being fixed and then the sale could go through. On the way out my wife is driving away and Jancarlo looks to me and says hey if there is any problem with the tire bring it back and we will take care of it for free. To clarify, the South Shore Kia sent my wife out with a flat tire rather than do the professional thing and put new tires on the vehicle. Not a week later the tire was flat and I have been emailing Jancarlo for over a month now about the situation. He chooses to simply ignore the entire situation. I am truly shocked and will be sure to tell everyone to avoid this location and I hope you do the same. He emails us immediately about spreading the word about giving him business, yet then he simply ignores the communication to save a few dollars when we contact him. On top of this I forgot to mention, this is a "certified pre-owned" car so they charged us about $2k to inspect and ensure the car was safe. That is laughable. Avoid this location at all costs. More

The store manager and Finance refuses to correct it, and will not contact you back to resolve it. Don't do business with them. Very shady and scammish. More
