Worst car buying experience The finance manager mike was the absolute worst. He added a 1700$ warranty to our loan with out asking us then when I came to address the problem he w The finance manager mike was the absolute worst. He added a 1700$ warranty to our loan with out asking us then when I came to address the problem he was rude and talking over us and the way he acted with the laughing and smirking was just aweful. I decided not to go with them. Do your self a favor and go to KARP KIA in Rockville center. They gave me the same car same price 2 years newer and no HIDDEN FEES!! No rude employees. More

horrible customer service went for a recall in September 2017 and on January 6 2018 car engine broke down. was approved by kia to get new engine. I had to call everyday bc no o went for a recall in September 2017 and on January 6 2018 car engine broke down. was approved by kia to get new engine. I had to call everyday bc no one ever calls you back. I was told I would get a loaner car and will get a call by the end of the day to let me know when I can pick up. 4 days later they said they had a rental car ready to come pick it up. when I got to kia I was told I had to put a $200 deposit ! how is it that I went for a recall and my car engine broke down bc of the recall and now I have to pay a $200 deposit!!!mind you when I received the call this information wasn't given to me over the phone , it was given one I stepped foot into kia. customer service is horrible!! the service manager treats you me with no respect because I am a female . More
