Quick and Efficient I went into the dealership on a Sunday just to start looking at vehicles as I was approaching the end of my lease. I am a longtime Hyundai owner and I went into the dealership on a Sunday just to start looking at vehicles as I was approaching the end of my lease. I am a longtime Hyundai owner and would not think of changing at this point. I knew I wanted a Hyundai and a smaller vehicle than the one I was presently in (Santé Fe Limited). I asked to test drive a few vehicles. I truly was not looking to spend the day at the dealership as I had things to do and my 9 year old with me. I fell in love with the Tucson Limited. Knowing I didn't want to spend the day turning in the old lease and getting through the paperwork of the new lease, Ron devised a plan that worked with my schedule and his and that got me into the new car in no time at all. he was in contact with throughout the entire process and checked on me and the vehicle several times in the following days. Helped me center on how to achieve my needs most cost-effectively. (They could've made more money on me, but instead, kept my financial and equipment desires on point.) This is what car buying should be, for the customer. I'm 62 and have leased cars since the 80's. First time I was extremely gratified by my experience. Shabaaz, the Bus. Mgr was easy, very respectful and very professional and well-learned in customer needs, to go forward, after their decision to move forward with their buy/lease. He went thru paper work, making it so easy to understand. Great staff!! All car-dealers should learn from them. More
