Bad Experience False Advertising to get you in dealership We went there after seeing their ad on their website for new 2013 Elantra for mid $14000. The ad said they had 3 in stock with automatic transmission We went there after seeing their ad on their website for new 2013 Elantra for mid $14000. The ad said they had 3 in stock with automatic transmissions, On the sales floor was one car with manual transmission, but salesman said they have the 2013 automatic cars in the lot, and we can go for a test drive. When in the test car I asked if this was the 2013 advertised. Was told no, they did not have any, but I could have this car for $19000. Typically bait and switch. Decided to leave and will never return because if they are lying at the beginning what else will they try to pull. Don't trust them. More

Great customer service- exactly what I have been looking for. Most places have seemed bored with assisting me with a new car but Eric definitely delivered. The only complaint I have is that the night I went to test drive the car I was there for 3 hours, and when I went to pick up my car I was there for another 3 hours. The 3 hour wait definitely put a damper on my enjoyment of my new car since it left me with no time to joyride (walked in at 4pm got home at 7). I love my veloster and I would definitely recommend the dealership to someone else, I just hope no one else has the amount of wait time I had. More

Started out great We walked into the dealership and we were greeted by Darryl. He started out great not pushy or anything else. As we got involved in the price he start We walked into the dealership and we were greeted by Darryl. He started out great not pushy or anything else. As we got involved in the price he started to get firm and not changing his mind. Extremely pushy as we tried to leave. We finally left and decided that this dealership was not for us because of his attitude. He did call me up two hours later and stated he was able to reduce the price and asked if I would go up 20 dollars. I explained that I would not budge . The other two reviews gave him and excellent rating there is no way I can do that. Looks like they lost a deal for 20 dollars a month. Good luck if you go there More
