I dropped off a car for a recall repair. I dropped it of on a Thursday night. I made an appointment for 7 am Friday. I called 3 times about status of car and no call back. I also had 2 calls into the service manager and no call back. I followed up with an email last Wednesday. The ops manager called back. I was promised an answer on Friday but still no answer. More

Very poor service. I don’t think we will be back for service done on our Hyundai. Appointment was at 11am and I’m calling at 5pm asking where my car is. (And it’s for a simple oil change and tire rotati service done on our Hyundai. Appointment was at 11am and I’m calling at 5pm asking where my car is. I walked around the lot of the dealership looking at Palisades. No salesman around, so I went inside and Carter helped me. I had some questions and wanted a demonstration of the sunroofs.. Patricia Malmgren was very helpful and she insured I got everything I wanted. The service department and Hyundai has always kept my car in good condition, and any maintenance I needed outside of the normal everything I wanted.
