We just purchased a 2025 Santa Fe from South Point from out of town and it couldn't have gone smoother. Everyone we worked with, Jim Hayth, Art, Darren, Sonny, Gabriel, Carter, were very helpful. Paperwork was emailed, and overnighted, so that when we drove in town to pick up the new car, it literally took 5 minutes. Highly recommend them! We will definitely work with them again in the future. More

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience in my 64 years. Called to say I needed a wheel bearing replaced, and thought it should be covered by warranty. Turned out it was caused by a pothole, so my 64 years. Called to say I needed a wheel bearing replaced, and thought it should be covered by warranty. Turned out it was caused by a pothole, so not warranty. They actually replaced the bearing anyway, at no charge, by accident. Nevertheless, it was in the shop for 10 days, and I only got it back by complaining to the service manager. The service tech had no access to voicemail, so my messages went unanswered. I had to get a receptionist to chase him down 3-4 times. I instructed him on Wednesday to do the alignment, which should take an hour max. On Friday I call to leave a message. No response. Call Saturday, leave a message, no response. Finally get a receptionist to track him down. He said he was waiting for a diagnosis which we NEVER discussed. I said just do the alignment. He said they were slow Saturday and would get it done. No call. Called Monday he said it was in line and needed a specialist, could not tell me when it would be completed. I then called Tim the service manager, told him the situation. He got it completed in 1 hour. And as in my previous review, they charge 3 times the going rate for service, $219 for a $70 alignment. . I will always buy Hyundai, I love their products. I will NEVER buy from South Point again. More
Made an appointment which took almost 4 hrs for a simple service. Plus no loaners available. It may be because it's a smaller dealership and they are overwhelmed. Too much to chew. Avoid at all costs - absolutely awful customer service for aftercare. Our 2024 IONIQ 5 has a 12V battery issue and was told to come in for a swap, then told when I arrived that it would be a 4 hour wait, for aftercare. Our 2024 IONIQ 5 has a 12V battery issue and was told to come in for a swap, then told when I arrived that it would be a 4 hour wait, and then told later that day that it will be a 72 hour wait without any possibility of a loaner vehicle - even if booked in advance. For an almost-brand new vehicle this level of customer service is abysmal, and particularly so given that we have two Hyundai-family vehicles, the other being a 2025 Genesis GV70. I was also promised a call back from the Service Director... and not surprisingly didn't get that call. More
