Salesman: Junior Avecilla was professional. Manager was not! Sad! Just sad…. Drove from one end of town to SouthPark Nissan, I had a pre-approval from my bank (blank check) just to go thru all Manager was not! Sad! Just sad…. Drove from one end of town to SouthPark Nissan, I had a pre-approval from my bank (blank check) just to go thru all the hoops, so after a couple of hours, finance Manager comes out and says your 5K short, your bank won’t do full amount. Car was ready we were doing the final, and says that! He asked if we could come up with 5K. I said no…. I left disappointed because I did all the research and spent two days of back and forth for a 2022 Nissans Rogue Platinum, everything sounded good just so the finance manager can “Ok, sorry! Goodbye 👋 So I went same day to World Car Nissan, and drove off with my new 2023 Rogue SL. Then today @ 6:30 P.M. South Park call me to say “hey” sales manager said we will do your deal, you just need to come by today and do the deal…. I said; hey bud, I already purchased new vehicle from your competitor. I made it clear yesterday, “I’m ready, I found Vehicle, I want to drive away with it today!!! Well, It didn’t happen, just to get a call later hey we will do the deal… Now, competitors car in my garage…. More

If there was an option to choose no stars that would be my choice. This dealership does not deserve any stars. I purchased a vehicle in June 2022 and here we are 3 months later and the transmission goes ou my choice. This dealership does not deserve any stars. I purchased a vehicle in June 2022 and here we are 3 months later and the transmission goes out. I know my review will probably be removed but for those of you that are able to read it……BUYER BEWARE!!!! I was told by the dealership that the transmission would be there in the service department in 3 days and here we are a week later and I just received a call today that the transmission was just ordered today. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Now I’m being told that my vehicle will not be ready until sometime next week. This has been a nightmare since day one. They have not even offered a loaner vehicle or anything. The stress has been unbearable. More
Okay so I would like to start off this review by saying that my whole experience with this company was terrible. I have never written a review before but this situation needed to be heard. I live 3 hours a that my whole experience with this company was terrible. I have never written a review before but this situation needed to be heard. I live 3 hours away from this place and really loved a car they had listed online through Facebook marketplace and was so excited to buy my first car. I was immediately set on buying it and looked up the car fax. (There we’re little to no issues listed).I contacted this company the next morning and this was in June, to ask about buying the car since I lived in another city. The salesman Garett seemed very helpful at the time and stated since it was a used vehicle they could not hold it for me and I would have to pick it up THAT DAY even if I had placed a down payment. That seemed a bit off to me but he insisted there was other buyers looking into the car and that made me feel stressed to make a quick choice. I told him I had to work 9-5 that day and lived 3 hours away. He said he was willing to wait for me to get there. I arrived around 8:30 pm and the car looked as shown in the photo and I was so tired from the drive I didn’t look it over but he had me sign a form stating the car was fully inspected and assured me everything was taken care of. The next morning I was looking over how to work everything in the car when I noticed the windshield wipers did not work. I called him and told him the issue and he said they would fix it if I brought it all the way back. I told him it’s not really in my schedule right now so I’ll get a second opinion in my town. I take it to a body shop where I live and the man looks over the vehicle and says it had tons of issues such as the computer box being corroded and the wiper motor is out and he should not have registered this car in the condition it was in. I call back the dealership and he tells me that he had to check with his manager if it was still okay for them to fix it. I’m thinking to myself now that this car was never looked over before he rushed me into buying it. I take the car back to the dealership and drop it off for everything to be repaired as it should have been before I left with it. The mechanic that helped me was very nice and felt bad I had been driving back and forth with a situation that should have never happened. He told me he would take care of everything and make sure it was properly looked over. I wait a week and return to pick up my vehicle and notice not one time did Garett or the sales manager Robert ever speak to me in person or apologize for what happend. I found this very unprofessional and I’m sure the salesman only wanted his commission. What they did was horrible and that’s why I feel compelled to write this review. More

Recently bought a 2022 pathfinder. Angel was amazing. He was a little busy with other customers but never felt forgotten.
