I scheduled an apt to get my exhaust replaced. I already quoted it with you a few months ago. I saved up the money and scheduled the apt. The day came and no one called me to tell me the truck was I already quoted it with you a few months ago. I saved up the money and scheduled the apt. The day came and no one called me to tell me the truck was completed, so I called to see how things were going. I was then informed that they had not worked on my truck and needed confirmation to replace the exhaust AND now the def system. I got charged $175 for an inspection that you already did on the truck and never got my exhaust replaced. When I asked them why no one contacted me they told me that they had called. When they told me the number they called it was the old number I had when the truck was purchased. I made the appointment online under my new number, received confirmation under my new number, and NOW! I am getting a survey under my new number!!! But somehow no one could get a hold of me on the day of my appointment to confirm I wanted to replace what I had scheduled the appointment for. To top everything off, when I questioned why I was being charged $175 for an inspection that was already completed that caused me to schedule the appointment to get the exhaust replaced, no one could answer me and they sent me to the manager. I waited on hold for 15-20 minutes and then got sent to voicemail. I then left a message and no one called me back to explain why I was charged $175 for something that was already completed. Worst experience ever More
