Both Derek and Sara were exceptional. They knew my wife and I were coming in. They had the paperwork all set for us. We came in for 1 vehicle and left with 2 vehicles! In my first visit to this dealership I purchased a new fob for my truck, and made a later appointment to have it programmed. In both visits to the dealership the personnel in the sales and service depart fob for my truck, and made a later appointment to have it programmed. Everyone in the service department is friendly & helpful. They try & work with you, & even had a tech drive/drop me to an appt so they could do the oil change while I was there.
