I most frequently work with Manny and can say with confidence that he is friendly, reliable, and very good at what he does. Furthermore, if something is wrong with my car he explains to me in great detail what is going on and in words that I can understand. He also has respect for the fact that service can be expensive and will always do his best to suggest cost effective options. Manny has great integrity and his honesty is unmatched by those of other car service centers. The quality of work by the service team is always top notch. I RARELY have issues after leaving the service center and if I do, the issue is remmedied IMMEDIATELY and free of charge. The other service members I have had contact with are all very pleasant to work with and I'm always comfortable speaking to any one of them knowing me concerns will be heard and met with a strong attitude towards resolving them.
