Amazing Service, if you can get past the scheduling gauntlet I had a serious issue with my car and trying to call to schedule the appointment was a disaster. I called in with a serious vibration in the car and a check engine light - and the guy on the phone said it'd be more than a week until I could be seen. HOW IS THAT EVEN A LITTLE OK?! I desperation, I reached directly out to Manny because of how amazing he's been helping me in the past. I explained the situation and he was able to fit me in. I got my car fixed, and Manny turned a situation where I felt helpless due to your scheduling system completely around. Your in house team is amazing, but you SERIOSULY need to find a better way to schedule appointments (especially for emergency situations). More

Awesome service team I had been taking my car to another Kia dealer and was dissatisfied. I happened to mention this to someone and they advised me to try South Hills Kia. I had been taking my car to another Kia dealer and was dissatisfied. I happened to mention this to someone and they advised me to try South Hills Kia. I am so glad that I did. The service team treated me with nothing but professional kindness; from the woman who answered the phone (they had no appointments available on the day I needed) to the service advisor (whom she spoke to and he agreed to “fit” me in) to Matt who checked me out when I picked up my vehicle. Matt took the time to explain things to me, asked me if he could help in any other way and then escorted me to my vehicle (which had been washed)!! The entire team at South Hills Kia has earned my business; not just service but sales as well. I have purchased 3 Kia’s in the past 7 years and I was not going to be purchasing any others. But I will now give them my business even at the expense of losing service perks I purchased at the other dealer! More
Unhappy with service department experience We called to schedule an appt. and was told it was 9:40. The my reminder came and it said appt. time was 1:00. Called to inquire which time was correct and was transferred twice and third person said our appt. was 9:40 but see Matt first. My husband is very upset in the way your phone calls are handled from past experiences also so we brought in our car for gas mileage update only and took our car elsewhere for inspection even though it was supposed to be free at your service center. Then we got a call and Email saying our car was serviced and ready for pick up, but we never left the car at your service dept. I wrote Email to G. Brown and Matt Shoemaker telling of my experience because I received Emails from both of them and neither one replied when I ask what was going on in there service department that everything was so disorganized. No response from either of them in over a week. We bought our car from Eddie and we were so happy with him and used you service department many times since. But is seems to get more complicated every time we try to contact the service dept. My husband says especially since when you got to the new building. Very unhappy with service department and probably will not use again except for mileage and recall unless we can find another KIA dealer not too far away. More

Subsequently I was told it could not be fixed and this happens to all of them! Seriously? You actually expect me to believe that the cameras in every Kia shift to the point of blocking part of the display! I’ve been happy with Kia and this is my 4th vehicle. But if the service is going to proceed like this I’ll have to think about another brand for future purchases. More
Inspection, low tire pressure, I love the fact that you can pull right up to the service desk. I was greeted immediately. A low tire pressure light was on. They told me not to worry, they'll get the tires taken care of and give it a wash. I then made an appt for inspection . The service desk guys were friendly, efficient, offered me a shuttle ride, and offered the lounge area to wait. They explained the numbers on the tires and brakes. I am a 71 year old widow who knows nothing about cars. It is reassuring to me to be able to pull into the garage and have my questions answered or something fixed. More
