The "sales" personnel are equally friendly and helpful. Our sales person this time was Leigh-Anne DeFelice. Leigh-Anne was very helpful with information and guidance to help us choose our new vehicle. Leigh-Anne was easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable of the different trim package options and the operation of them. Alex Wells was our finance person and was also very helpful with the purchasing process. Dave Arborgast researched several loaning institutions and got us a good rate. All in all it was a good experience. We are over an hour away and wanted to buy closer to home. We looked at 2 closer dealerships and even test drove vehicles at both. We got a decent trade-in offer on our car. But with the treatment we received from South Hills Kia, and the large inventory of vehicles, we decided to stay with them. Oh BTW, we got $500 more for our trade-in here too! More

Always wasting time at this Kia service center Had my 2016 Kia Sedona in for service on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. I have an ongoing issue with headlights blinking on and off at night. Which is a se Had my 2016 Kia Sedona in for service on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. I have an ongoing issue with headlights blinking on and off at night. Which is a serious safety issue. They told me there was nothing they could do because they saw no evidence of that issue during appointment. Was told I need to video the issue before they can do something. Problem not solved! Had the van in for the third time for sliding door not engaging to lock. They replaced motor for third time! At least they had the part in stock. Last time I had to come back again for them to replace it and they ordered the wrong part... another waste of time. Today as of right now on Friday July 12, 2019 I’ve been sitting here for an hour now waiting for them to rectify the cabin air filter issue. They replaced it on Wednesday and now my a/c sounds like a helicopter!! Wasting more time again!! Hopefully this will be corrected soon but I’m not holding my breath!! More
HUGE!! DIS APPOINTMENT It all started with the fact that it took 3 weeks to get scheduled for a warranty A.C. repair in the heat of summer. Once we finally got in we were ca It all started with the fact that it took 3 weeks to get scheduled for a warranty A.C. repair in the heat of summer. Once we finally got in we were called by Eddie and told that the part had to be ordered and it would take 3 or 4 days to arrive. He said we were welcome to leave our vehicle or come and get it and wait for the part, since we don't have extra cars laying around and both work we had to go pick it up....THEN we get a call and are told the part has arrived miraculously overnight..of course had we known that we would have left the vehicle overnight..now we had to call and schedule service again and were told it would be two more weeks before we could get scheduled to bring our car back in...fast forward now its been 5 weeks since our initial call..we drop the car off the night before and then get a call late on the following day to be told our car will not be ready for pick up this day! Eventually the next day we get informed its finally done..Gee thanks..I must say that we have purchased 5 new KIA's--3 of them from South Hills KIA--but never again--the service was the worst I've ever experienced and I used to manage a fleet so I've had many dealer headaches.. More
