Oil Change My only complaint would be on the drivers floor map there was grease from shoes who every was in my car which I had to clean. It was very slippery. I could have saved twenty dollars going to one of the local oil changing shops around the area. Please tell your bosses. They check tires and rotate and fill fluids too! You can stop the notifications now! Too many notifications! SHKia sent me a note last night that my car was ready to pick up!! I waited for it?????!!!! Looney Tunes! My right front tire shows low since the next day I got in to drive it. Maybe service is too fast and did not put the cap on correctly. I’ll be back when I can , unless the tire goes flat!!! Rotors were able to be cut/turned, whereas many shops would have insisted new rotors were required, boosting the final cost. Nice to have a shop like South Hills Kia that actually tries to keep your costs down, if possible. They actually did the exact same thing once before when I had my rear brakes done. Again, the rotors were still good enough to cut/turn, saving me over $100 each time. More

From sales to service, personnel went up and beyond any dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. Reason, I purchased a 2011 Cadillac CTS 4, with 41,000 miles on it. Beautiful vehicle. Had the vehicle approx. 4 to 5 days, when it developed a coolant leak. I contacted Jim Woeber along with Dave Aborgast, explaining the issue. No problem, what so ever. "Bring it back, we will take care of it" Jim Watts in Service, again like Dave and Jim Woeber….OUTSTANDING. Cannot say enough, regarding these gentlemen. I definitely will send anyone, wanting to buy a used vehicle or a new Kia to this dealership !!!!! PERIOD ! Sorry Pat... failed to mention you... you are in this distinguished group also. More
lack of communication, waste of day Unfortunately, I have an ignition interlock device installed in my car. I knew this could be a hassle for service centers so I called the location an Unfortunately, I have an ignition interlock device installed in my car. I knew this could be a hassle for service centers so I called the location and was transferred to the service center. The call went to voice mail. I left a message stating how I had the device installed in the car and if they had any issues or felt uncomfortable with the service to give me a call back. There was never a call back. My inspection was scheduled for 7/29 at 7 am. I received a call from the service center in the late morning from an employee (I forget his name), that I needed to come in and blow in the device because they did not want to put my car in a lockout. I explained that I called and left a voice message the previous week and the worker said they were having issues with the voice mail system. I hassled to get a ride out there, Mind you, I live 40+ minutes away. I arrive at the location, start the car for the mechanic, and he drives the vehicle away. I return to the lobby/customer service area and let them know I will probably need to blow in the device again because it will go off if it continues to run. I was informed by the employees someone would come get me if the device went off. No one ever came and got me. After about a half hour my service was completed. I went to go start my car and the device read "LOCKOUT". This infuriated me to no end. A service manager took me into his office and we contacted the dealer of the ignition interlock. Luckily, the company waived the fee for recalibration because it was KIA's fault. The manager also gave me cash to pay the interlock service station fee, this is the only reason I gave the center 2 stars instead of zero. So now I had to take my car to the appropriate ignition interlock service station to have it recalibrate. Again, more time wasted with nothing accomplished. More
