Very friendly in the service department. Brought my sportage in for a fuse recall and when we picked it up, they did the incorrect thing. I received notice of a recall on my airbag on the day before I was due to depart for Florida for 3 months. Service worked me in the same day and I was able to depart on schedule the next morning...SAFEL before I was due to depart for Florida for 3 months. I am still in the midst of a weeks-long service nightmare with this dealership, which has cost me more than my car might be worth at this time. When I picked up the vehicle after the first "repair", the pro with this dealership, which has cost me more than my car might be worth at this time. When I picked up the vehicle after the first "repair", the problem wasn't fixed and they wanted to charge me for it again when I brought it back. Picking it up a second time, a new, very scary problem occurred, which again was "fixed" but had to be brought back right away for the same issue. Again, more charges. I had my neighborhood garage take a look when I picked it up, and they found over $500 of new damage that had to occur at the time of service. Naturally, there seems to be no recourse for the average customer. I really want to be optimistic, but I feel pretty shafted. More
