It took 1 1/2 weeks to get an appointment yet there were no cars in the bays when I dropped my car off in the afternoon on 1.5 nor when I picked it up on 1.6. Is it staffing or what? The service dept told me the right rear caliper needed replacing and when I received the diagnosis from my independent garage it wasn't the caliper at all but brake pads----the right rear crumbled during the diagnosis. I'd really like an explanation how a crumbling pad could be mistaken for a bad caliper. This experience doesn't instill any confidence whatsoever and makes me think something nefarious was brewing. I asked to have my tires rotated which they didn’t do. They said the tread was even. I do a lot of driving, Everyone else does it. I feel they didn’t do it because it was a free oil change. I am upset that it was determined that I needed new Brakes and rotors on the rear of the car when I just had them done in July. I had my car towed to a mechanic and he fixed it for much less. Not a good way for Kia to keep business. More
