Fast service. Knowledgeable people who were able to work fast and also let me know that I did not need to rotate my tires when I came in. Made a 7am appointment only to learn that technicians don’t start until 8am. Wouldn’t have made a 7am appointment then. They did start on my car before 8, thankfully as I had to go to work, but couldn’t don’t start until 8am. Wouldn’t have made a 7am appointment then. Very uncommunicative. Dropped the car off first thing in the morning, as driver seat needs repair (will recline but not incline back to seated position, quite problematic) Dropped the car off first thing in the morning, as driver seat needs repair (will recline but not incline back to seated position, quite problematic). Was told on the phone when making the appointment that this would be considered a "drop-off" (?) and so I did. Also needed an oil change. Heard back at 2:30 in the afternoon, repair was diagnosed but not made, as a part would be needed that wasn't in stock. I asked how long it might take for the part to come in, he indicated probably by the end of the week--I would get a phone call at that time. I am still waiting over a week later. Already had to take a vacation day for the first appointment. Not happy that I'll have to take another. More
