It took nearly 3 months to get my car serviced and back to me. They didn't have a loaner vehicle for the 2-1/2 months which caused me to have to rent a car. After I finally got the car back, it completely died 3 times the day we got it back. No power at all and on the last time it died, it was at night and I had no lights, or any power and drifted in the dark into the Canonsburg police parking lot where of course I was followed in by the police. I had to have it towed back to the dealer where I found out they put a wire back to the fuse box in the wrong place that caused this issue. The only plus in the entire process was I did get the car back the same day after it was fixed and they delivered it to me. More
Kayla Belajac in the service dept has no idea what she’s doing. Came in for a recall on my brake lines, she tried telling me I need to pay them $280 for a new battery too. I told her my battery is a year ol doing. Came in for a recall on my brake lines, she tried telling me I need to pay them $280 for a new battery too. I told her my battery is a year old and worked perfectly fine when I dropped it off so it’s Kia’s responsibility to fix it. She was adamant that they would not replace my battery. I went above her to her manager and my battery was fixed the following day with no problems. She’s young and dumb and doesn’t know anything about cars or Kia policies. Will never go to the dealership again. Shady and incompetent. More
