When I buy a car, I don’t want the runaround, I like to presented a reasonable offer and with in 5 minutes of talking I had a sales manager ironing out details. Just like I like it. I had a broken part on a used car that I purchased from the dealership 4 years ago that became out of warranty during that time. The cost of the part would have cost more than the KKB book value. The service department got the Hyundia Corp. to send an adjuster to make an evaluation for the part, and then offered to pay for the replacement part if I paid for labor. The labor cost was less than the 60,000 mile maintenace. So this was a success for me! The car feels brand new with the part replaced. During the whole process the service department at South Bay Hyundai was polite and communicative, and even provided a loaner car for the time I was without the car. I have always enjoyed the car (ioniq electric), and the service provided will allow me to enjoy it for more years. So a big thank you to Jeremy and the others that helped me at South Bay Hyundai.
