Hello Michelle, We're very sorry that this was your takeaway from your service experience with us, however we'd like to let you know that we spoke with our service management team and also reviewed the security footage. You arrived to our store very shortly after we had closed, and the footage shows you driving through our cone blockers to then run to our office. The cashiers had gone home for the day, and we asked if you would please return the following morning. We greatly appreciate your business, however we'd like to share our side that our team spends 12 - 13 hour days serving customers, and working after we're closed is against our policy.
