The service department is horrible. They told us we needed a part for our 2017 Bettle. We had to pay for the part in advance. After over 2 months waiting for this part it turned out th They told us we needed a part for our 2017 Bettle. We had to pay for the part in advance. After over 2 months waiting for this part it turned out that we didn’t even need it!!! They lied. Now they won’t give us a refund. I went there and picked up the part. I would rather smash it into a million pieces than leave the part there for them to give to another customer. They recommended we install the part anyway “just in case”. Why? So I can pay them more money for labor. Never going there again! As far as the sales department is concerned the manager and assistant manager we’re two of the rudest, nastiest men I have ever met. GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER !! More
