Absolutely horrible experience with the service department on my 3 year old 2021 Tiguan. Vehicle was initially brought in under warranty when my engine started consuming oil at a high rate. They “fixed” all the seals which were causing the oil to leak but failed to address the underlying issue that was causing the seals to go bad. Sure enough, 3 months later my check engine light comes on when my car is right out of warranty and the PCV valve is completely shot. No one from VW would cover this and acknowledge it was the issue all along. They basically told me this is my issue and they don’t care that they missed the issue initially. Will not be going back to this dealership. More
