Excellent service and quality staff! I live right near a VW dealership, but I choose to drive 50 min. just to get my VW Jetta serviced at Smithtown VW. Always available and work always done correctly My lease ends in July. I already had a call from the sales dept. telling me I'm welcome to come in any time for the great deals VW is offering now. My experience with the service dept. and every person I had contact with has been nothing but satisfactory. I love my car, the gas mileage is unbelievable and what else can I say, I'll soon be driving a new VW. It is great to know that in 2.5 years, I have not had any serious car problems (flat tires, small lights replaced) and never spent more than 30 minutes waiting for my car. That's service. More
