One of the absolute worst experiences I have ever had with buying a used car. A full 4 months later I have still not received my title and registration paperwork despite the vehicle being fully paid off. with buying a used car. A full 4 months later I have still not received my title and registration paperwork despite the vehicle being fully paid off. Time to get the Attorney General's office, DMV, DCWP, FTC and BBB involved and to file suit. And not only that, but they fraudulently baited and switched the listed price by an extra $10,000. And fraudulently signed my name to legal documents. We are going to have a field day with this one. More

I bought a pre-on certified Volkswagen Tiguan from the dealership one year later with only 4000 miles added to the car my rotors had rust I needed to be replaced. My brake pads needed to be replaced. The tires went from a rating of 82 or two, and they claim that it was the way the car was driven.,I believed the service manager was gonna work with me . I’ve left three messages for him and he never got back to me. How disrespectful . I would never recommend anyone to buy a used car from the dealership.. More
