I brought my car in for a service. Larisa Racenis was the service representative. She was professional, helpful and friendly. She brought to my attention that i had a couple of recalls on the car and a the service representative. She was professional, helpful and friendly. Also, one thing that i asked her about could not be taken care of that day. She had suggestions that solved the problem and made the visit successful and therefore, i didn't have to return another day. She kept me updated on the timeframe of when my car would be ready and was very attentive.
