My husband and I visited or contacted approximately 8 dealerships during our car search. Many of them had fees in the tiny print on their website price, or additional fees when we actually sat down to l dealerships during our car search. My trip to dealer started with going to get an oil change for my 2007 4Runner. My sister, Sabine & I were asked to come in & visit Rich for a look at an upgrade. We originally met Rich about four years ago, he had helped us with our previous purchases of SUVs. Rich was amazing!!!! Rich is like talking to a good friend. We also had the pleasure of meeting Rich's Manager, Tom Sweeney. Both Rich & Tom made us ladies feel comfortable & was extremely attentive to our MUST haves in our SUVs. The finishing touch was our time with Stacy Meehan, the business Manager. Stacy was also so sweet & attentive, truly the icing on the cake!!!! As I said went in for an oil change & came back home with a new beautiful 2011 4Runner & Sabine, a new 2011 Highlander. We are in love with our SUVs!!!! Thank you Rich, Tom & Stacy!!!!!! More

We have been leasing from Lou for many years - probably over 12 years now since he was at a previous dealer that was closer to my home. We travel a pretty far distance just to get our cars from Lou. We know he won't BS us and will try his hardest to get us the best deal available. I just leased a 2014 Rav4 and Lou, as always was very helpful and accomodating during the transaction. Actually my brother leased a 2013 Rav4 just the week prior. He has been dealing with Lou longer than I have. And my brother-in-law has leased two Rav4's from lou (both here and at prior dealership) and will be looking for another once his lease is due in September. There are other Toyota dealers much closer to where we live, but we make the trip because we know Lou will get us the best deal he can. Once the deal was done, we knew the car had to be prepped and Lou suggested to go have lunch and the car should be ready by 4:30. he called us closer to 3:30 and said car was ready. he explained some of the new features and set up the blutooth phone for us More

If you happened to have read my review of Huntington Toyota, you know that Mike Fox (salesman) was completely dishonest with me on the phone about whether or not they had a car on the lot that I was interested in seeing. After another salesman informed me that the same car was not on the lot and that he hadn’t seen that car on the lot in a while, I received another email from Mr. Fox asking me if I wanted to put down a deposit on the car (that wasn’t there) before visiting the showroom. If you want to buy a car from Toyota, I would highly recommend that you buy your car from Smithtown Toyota. I also highly recommend that you request to work with Aman Singh when you get there. Not only was he honest about which cars Smithtown Toyota did and did not have on its lot, but he was also honest about which accessories were and were not included in specific cars. Not only was he knowledgeable when I asked him questions, but he patiently answered all of my questions in a manner that clearly demonstrated his interest in helping his customers. Throughout our car-buying process, I clearly sensed that Smithtown Toyota values customer satisfaction. The various employees who worked with Aman Singh all worked very well together. I overheard them assisting one another to help various customers and they did the same for my husband and I. They were pleasant and made me feel eager to return to Smithtown Toyota the next time my husband and I are looking for a new car. In fact, the customer service that we received from Aman Singh at Smithtown Toyota was so positive, that I hope my husband and I decide to buy another car from Toyota in the future, just so that we can work with Aman Singh again! Buying our Toyota RAV4 from Smithtown Toyota was a very pleasant experience, it was the second car we bought from Smithtown Toyota. Our salesman was Mr. Louis M Bilous ,he is a very knowledgeable and court pleasant experience, it was the second car we bought from Smithtown Toyota. The salespersons that I dealt with at Smithtown Toyota, Mr. Alex Bruno and Mr. Tim Payton, were exceptional. They were able to locate a very difficult to find vehicle, along with the equipment that I want Mr. Alex Bruno and Mr. Tim Payton, were exceptional. They were able to locate a very difficult to find vehicle, along with the equipment that I wanted, in a reasonable time. When I initially requested a price proposal on the truck, Mr. Bruno made every effort to win my business by providing a detailed vehicle inquiry report that pretty much spelled everything out, in black and white – no tricks or other nonsense. Price wise, Mr. Bruno beat out all the other dealerships. The price difference between what Mr. Bruno offered, and what Mr. John Serbian in Riverhead wanted was close to $1,700! When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, Mr. Payton noted that it was missing the drop-in bed liner and the remote start. About a week later, he not only provided the bed liner and remote start, he also afforded me a loaner car, a Toyota Prius, that I was able to use to finish some Christmas shopping while they were working on my truck. The work took less than three hours. I’m very happy and I’m now considering the additional purchase of either a Prius or Corolla sometime in the near future. More

I went home and I did my research and actually came back to buy a Rav 4 from him. He was amazing and helped me step by step through the process. He went above and beyond and was very personable. I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking to buy their next Toyota. More
These days almost everyone starts a purchase of a car by researching online. This is the only dealer in my area that accurately provides an internet quote for a SPECIFIC vehicle in their inventory. Everywhere else I tried to make an offer/get a quote online I would just start getting spammed with useless emails asking what kind of a car I was interested in, etc. I bought 2 vehicles from Smithtown Toyota after receiving internet quotes that were well below listed MSRP and actually well below the fair purchase price provided by sites like Edmunds or KBB. Both times the dealer gave me the price they provided earlier over the internet and both times it saved tremendous amount of time that otherwise would've been spent on negotiating. If you know exactly what you're looking for you'll just need to wait for all the paperwork and the car to get ready and you'll be out of there in just a few hours. More
