Spare key My experience was going well until it was time to pick up my car. I bought a certified used car. When I picked it up I was handed a key and half. When My experience was going well until it was time to pick up my car. I bought a certified used car. When I picked it up I was handed a key and half. When I asked my salesman where the pad was. He said he would look into it and call me tomorrow. 3 days go by and not a call back. I call him . He tells me he will call me tomorrow. Tomorrow cones and goes. I call the following day. He tells me the pad will cost $250 plus a programming charger which he doesn't know. I don't believe I should have to pay for a key I didn't lose! More
