Stopped by for an unexpected problem without an appointment and was helped right away. It was my first time at this location, I usually go to other Mercedes locations but was told by a friend that appointment and was helped right away. When my car was done I drove it home and saw black smoke coming from the hood I got worried and call Matt right away. He said oh yah they spilt oil. Matt also said mistakes happen. Well I've been going to Mercedes for many years now and have never had such a thing happen. It's a simple oil change. I feel like I shouldn't have had to pay for this. They did say I could have a free one next time. Well I'm scared to bring my car in next time. The car was left all dirty with black finger marks on the hood with oil on my grill. Seats moved. I always feel great going to the dealership that day I did not :-( More
