Service Deprtment I purchased my Mercedes from Smith Motors and THAT was the only part that was amazing! Brockton always answers my questions and assists with any appointments needed. Unfortunately, that is where the great service stops! This service department is awful. On 2 occasions, I have had to service my vehicle. I chose to return to Smith to maintain a great level of service, however I have been immensely dissatisfied. BOTH of my visits have been tainted with terrible communication, curt, demeaning answers from the service staff, and on both occasions I was told my car would be done by days end and I received a call that it would NOT be. I had a car made available to me, however the communication from the service department was awful! The last pick up was over 1/2 hour after the scheduled time, having me to interrupt meetings at my employer, I scheduled the time specifically at 9:00 am to avoid this interruption, and I had to go and pick up my own vehicle. Upon retrieving my car, there were many apologies. Though appreciated, it was 2 times too late. My vehicle will continue to be maintained with Smith as it is a certified one and Brockton is a reason to return. I am not looking forward to the next experience! More
