Outstanding responsiveness I had a tire blowout on my way to work and within 30 minutes of calling Mercedes Roadside Assistance a Smith Motors Tech was at my car. He quickly rem I had a tire blowout on my way to work and within 30 minutes of calling Mercedes Roadside Assistance a Smith Motors Tech was at my car. He quickly removed the flat and put the spare on my car and I was on my way. I also called Smith Service and within 10 minutes my calls were both returned. a great response as I was stopped on a winding road with cars sipping around me during rush hour.
