Came in for service on our 2012 escape, I was having difficulties getting in and out of the vehicle. Mr. Bard was happy to show me the new 2014 escapes which are much lower to the ground. So we decided to purchase the newer model escape. Mr. Bard was very helpful in all aspects of this and was happy to explain things when I came back a few days later with questions about the new escape.
