Worst service department...LIARS!!! Terrible I had set up an appointment for the used car dealer at smail auto group in Greensburg for this afternoon at 430pm to look and hopefully purchase the t I had set up an appointment for the used car dealer at smail auto group in Greensburg for this afternoon at 430pm to look and hopefully purchase the truck I was very much interested in and the salesman calls me today and says oh I'm sorry we sold the truck last night...can I help u with anything else...Im like no...i told him I don't understand I made an appointment on purpose with u yesterday morning...and u call to tell me the truck is gone...this is no way to do business...im completely disguised and have never been treated like this from a Ford dealer...I have owned several Ford pick up trucks and all I can say I will never....never recommend anyone to go to smail to purchase a truck for how I was treated today More
