Amy Ortiz was my saleswoman. When I went there about a month ago, she tried to help me the best way possible but I wasn’t interested in buying a particular vehicle. When I seen a vehicle that they had at the dealership I contacted Amy and I asked her about the vehicle and she said that she was on her way to work and she could find it and what she did. She contacted me back and told me that she had the keys to the vehicle and it was still there and if I was interested in coming up to take a look at it so I did and I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Amy is very responsible, very down to earth, talkative, very professional! She deserves a lot of credit for her personality, sense of humor, n her quick response. If it wasn’t for Amy I wouldn’t have bought a vehicle. I will keep coming back and even sending people to come talk to her. I purchased a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. I don't live local, so I completed everything online. Trey was my salesperson, & he was great! I was approved (there was no doubt that I wouldn't be). I planned to pick the vehicle up the next day or the following (no delivery available, apparently). However, the GM, Ryan... a complete #$%^&*@!!! Had I not been looking for the specific 4Runner that they had for nearly 6 weeks (they're hard to find & in huge demand), I absolutely would NOT give his dealership my business!!! I'm still livid! Barry, the finance manager, was equally as wonderful as Trey. The stars are for Trey & Barry. Otherwise, this dealership wouldn't get any from me. Kindness is free.
