I had been been in the market for a used CX-7 for about a month when I got a " Lemonfree.com Squirt Alert For: Mazda CX-7" which eventually led me to this dealership (about 70 miles drive from my home), in B month when I got a " Lemonfree.com Squirt Alert For: Mazda CX-7" which eventually led me to this dealership (about 70 miles drive from my home), in Bethlehem PA. The vehicle was available for the web-advertised price and I test-drove it with satisfaction. Since the price was good I made a down-payment to put a HOLD on the car. My sales person was JOEY. Along the way he had a family emergency that took him away for a week. This caused a few issues as I had to work with other salesmen (who may or may not have been very interested in the sale). Suffice it to say that I almost lost the car to another buyer because another salesman missed the HOLD on the car and dealt it to his buyer. So when I showed up (and I had called and emailed in advance) to finish the deal JOEY met me with the harrowing news that "My CX-7" had been sold by accident to another buyer who had already left with it. I thought he was kidding but soon found out this was real as they (JOEY and the other salesman) proceeded to find another vehicle for me. Unfortunately all were priced beyond my budget. However JOEY managed to save the day with some great and fast thinking. He had the other salesman call the "accidental buyer" and make him an offer he could not refuse, in return for bringing back "My CX-7". I had to wait an extra hour and a half but it was worth it. Mr. "Accidental Buyer" returned "My CX-7" and he got his deal. My advice to SINGH AUTO WORLD. Please computerize the "HOLD" and "SOLD" positions to avoid a situation like mine. Obviously the "white board" option is not working very well. All in all it was a memorable experience. Points to note. 1. They salesmen readily admitted their mistake and did not try to pass blame. 2. My Salesmen, JOEY showed a lot of concern and was very personable and helpful. 3. The dealership did all in its power to rectify the situation. 4. The dealership management displayed good judgement and were very cordial. 5. Carl suggested a silver '06 Mistubishi Galant with 29,000 miles. He allowed me to drive the car nearly twenty miles to my wife's work so she could see it. We loved it right away! It meets all of our needs, has low mileage,and runs great. And all at a great price of $8900. We decide we definitely want to purchase the vehicle. So Singh offers to hold the car for us until we can get all of our finances in order. Long story short, we end up running into problems with the bank. That's when Singh Auto World comes shining through again for us. They patiently waited until we got everything situated. They ended up holding the car for about nine days. I'm sure they could have sold the car quickly, but they gave us the time we needed and worked with us one on one. In the end, we purchased a great car from a great dealership. I just recently purchased an 08 Mazda 3, KJ was very friendly and Singh definitely does the best they can to work with your budget. I recommend taking the car you're considering to a mechanic, as mine n friendly and Singh definitely does the best they can to work with your budget.
